How the anti-cellulite programme works

The core programme takes one week and three visits every other day. Day one is Endospheres, a device that works on lymph flow and subcutaneous fat, about 40 minutes. Day two is an intensive manual and cupping massage to remove excess fluid and refine contours, about 30 minutes. Day three is a warming pepper wrap for smoother, firmer skin, about 40 minutes.

Cavitation targets local fat deposits on the abdomen, thighs, buttocks and arms, including as a five-day course. Kuma Shape vacuum-roller massage combines vacuum, rollers, infrared light and RF to work on orange-peel skin. Sculpting massage is usually done as a course of 8–15 sessions with 2–3 days between them.
